Winter Warming Space for men and women
The Holy Christian Church International

Hours: Every night from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
There are separate entrances and spaces for men and women.
Winter Warming Space for youth (18-24) and families (all types)
Central Presbyterian Church
500 Cedar Street
St. Paul, MN
Hours: Every night from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Entrance: If facing the church on Cedar Street, turn right (South, away from the State Capitol Building). Take the ramp/walkway down towards the parking lot and enter through the main entrance. You will see the name of the church and lobby when you arrive.
Please note: If transporting by car, guests can use the parking lot located at 77 9th Street East. It is accessible only from 9th street, not Cedar St. This is a shared lot with Minnesota Public Radio and a nearby hotel. Because it is a shared lot, it is only available to park in during night-time hours. Vehicles must depart by 7 a.m.
Other locations
If temperatures and wind chill drop to dangerous levels before additional Winter Warming Spaces become available, the Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center may be an overnight option. Check back here for the most current information about Winter Warming Spaces.
About Winter Warming Spaces
Winter Warming Spaces serve as a critical resource for community members facing harsh winter conditions. They offered seating, blankets, warm beverages, light snacks, and when available, winter warming supplies such as gloves and hats.

Ramsey County recognizes that the need for safe shelter does not end with winter. The county remains committed to supporting individuals experiencing housing instability through various year-round programs and resources.
