Before Election Day
All voters can submit absentee ballots for the Aug. 11 primary at the Plato Building. Starting July 24, Ramsey County Library–Roseville and Ramsey County Library–Shoreview* will open for Ramsey County residents to cast ballots directly. Voters may use whichever location is most convenient, regardless of the city in which they live.
Vote in person from June 26–July 23

On Election Day
On Election Day, voters must return their absentee ballot to the Plato Building (90 Plato Blvd. W., Saint Paul, 55107) by 5 p.m. or vote at their assigned polling place. Be sure to look up your polling place in advance – it may have changed since you last voted.
Polling places are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day.
