Jackson Street Bridge
The Jackson Street bridge between Empire Drive and Acker Street, north of Pennsylvania Avenue in Saint Paul is planned to be fully reconstructed in 2028.
This comes after the bridge was previously closed during the winter of 2025-2026 following a routine inspection and interim repairs were made.

Timeline
- Emergency bridge repairs are completed.
- Planning and Design are taking place in 2026 and 2027.

Traffic Impacts
- Jackson Street is closed from Empire Drive to Acker Street.
- Use posted detours and expect delays.
