Riverview Corridor Station Area Planning Task Force

The Station Area Planning Task Force will guide the development of station area plans and future land uses within walking distance (1/2 mile, generally) of Riverview Corridor Modern Streetcar stations within the city of Saint Paul. The station area plans will include land uses, building form, multi modal connectivity and the public realm surrounding the station. The goal is to provide a vision for each station area to thrive as a result of the transit investment, develop supporting policies and identify specific implementation steps for each plan.
