Public Hearing on Proposed 2026-27 County Budget and Tax Levy
The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to give the public an opportunity to comment on the proposed 2026–27 budget. This is the final public hearing prior to board action on the budget.

Interpreters will be provided upon request; please contact the Chief Clerk by Dec. 3 to make arrangements in advance.
Register to comment at the public hearing
Residents who wish to speak will have three minutes to give their testimony. Sign up online or contact the Chief Clerk prior to the public hearing. Sign-up will also be available onsite.

Parking
Validated parking is available only at the Victory Ramp (344 Wabasha St. N., Saint Paul). Parking vouchers will be given out at the event registration table.
Downtown Saint Paul is expected to be busy on Thursday evening with a Minnesota Wild game at 7 p.m. If you’re planning to attend the Truth in Taxation public hearing on the proposed 2026–2027 county budget, we encourage you to allow extra time for travel and/or parking.
