Help for Encampment Residents

The City of Saint Paul has announced it will be closing encampments beginning in August. The Ramsey County outreach team is here to support you during this transition.

Outreach workers and county staff will continue to engage with encampment residents through a combination of direct outreach, follow-up by case managers, and coordination with community partners and services providers to maintain ongoing contact, assess individual needs, and connect residents with available shelter and supportive services.
