All voters can vote before Election Day in Minnesota. No excuse or reason is needed.
Options for voting before Election Day:

- Vote by mail or return your ballot in person

Pop-up absentee voting locations for Ramsey County residents
Ramsey County residents can vote before election day using an absentee ballot at any of several one-day pop-up voting locations between Sept. 22 and Oct. 8. Voting hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
