Community Event Sponsorship

Sponsorship opportunities are available from Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health (SPRCPH) for your next conference, summit and/or event. Public Health values your partnership and would like to support organizations, businesses and individuals working to improve the health and wellness of Ramsey County residents.

We are now accepting requests for community sponsorships! All requests must be for an event that is occurring in 2026. All approved funds must be spent by end of year. Please ensure you submit a request at least 60 days before the actual event date(s).

Criteria

• Event must include participants who reside in Ramsey County.
• Organization or event purpose must align with a public health priority.
• Funding cannot be used for programming, only one time events/conferences.
• Funds are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.
• Priority will be given to organizations and events that:
  • Are located in Ramsey County.
  • Have not received a sponsorship in the last two years.
  • Serve racially and ethnically diverse communities, specifically communities who currently experience the highest disparities (African American and American Indian).

Application process and timeline

• Requests are considered and reviewed on a weekly basis
• Once a request has been accepted/not accepted, an official notice will be sent to the email provided within two weeks of submission.
• If accepted:
  • An updated W9 Form along with specific event promotional materials will be needed
  • A purchase order agreement will be created using required documents
  • The organization must submit an invoice for the approved amount in order to receive funding
  • An online evaluation form of the sponsorship must be submitted within 30 days after the event date, additional details will follow by email

Levels of sponsorship

Organizations may only submit requests for up to $5,000 per year. Each level of funding will require different recognition. 

$500 or $1000

• SPRCPH logo listed on the event website, flyer or promotional materials.

$1500

• SPRCPH logo listed on the event website, flyer or promotional materials.
• Up to two (2) registrations for a summit, conference or event. ​

$2500

• SPRCPH logo listed on the event website, flyer or promotional materials.
• Mention of SPRCPH as a sponsor on at least one promotion prior to/during the event.
• Up to five (5) registrations for a summit, conference or event. ​

$3500

• SPRCPH logo listed on the event website, flyer or promotional materials.
• SPRCPH name and/or logo listed on all event materials.
• Mention of SPRCPH as a sponsor with all promotions prior to/during the event.
• Up to ten (10) registrations for a summit, conference or event. ​

$5000

• SPRCPH logo listed on the event website, flyer or promotional materials.
• SPRCPH name and/or logo listed on all event materials.
• Mention of SPRCPH as a sponsor with all promotions prior to/during the event.
• Up to fifteen (15) registrations for a summit, conference or event. ​
