The County Assessor assesses your property and estimates its current market value, which is used to determine your annual property taxes.
On-site property inspections are conducted by Ramsey County Appraisers in accordance with Minnesota statutory requirements. Throughout the year, Ramsey County appraisers will make on-site and in-person inspections to maintain and improve data quality, integrity, and consistency.
