White Bear Avenue Corridor Study

White Bear Avenue (CSAH 65) between Suburban Avenue and Maryland Avenue is an important roadway connecting neighborhoods, schools, businesses and transit in Saint Paul. Safety challenges along this street highlight the need for improvements to better serve all residents.

Formally known as a corridor study, the purpose of this project is to develop a community-driven vision for White Bear Avenue that improves safety for people walking, biking, driving, and taking transit, while also coordinating with the planned H Line and Bronze Line investments. Then we can identify the future improvements and next steps to support that vision, resulting in a safer, more accessible White Bear Avenue.
