Hours

Tuesday-Friday: 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Sunday-Monday: Closed
Closed: County holidays and Christmas Eve

Compost Bin Sale – Save $20. The Recycling Association of Minnesota is selling compost bins for $80 plus tax this year. Ramsey County residents can receive a $20 discount. Order online at RecycleMinnesota.org and enter promo code “Ramsey” to receive the discounted price. Pick up your pre-ordered bin on Saturday, May 2 at the Environmental Center.

How to drop off materials

The Environmental Center is in the center of the map, with Kent Street to the West, Larpenteur Avenue to the South, and the Recycling Wall to the North. The map key shows paths leading to different services. The Reuse Room and Community Room are inside the main building. Household hazardous waste, electronics recycling and small appliances are in the drive-thru. Food scraps, household recycling and scrap metal are north of the building.
